''Dirty Harriet'' is the debut album by American hip hop recording artist Rah Digga. It was released via Flipmode/Elektra in 2000. The album went on to sell over 311,000 units in the United States. The album reached number 18 on the ''Billboard'' 200 albums chart and number three on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Rashia Tashan Fisher (born December 18, 1974), known professionally as Rah Digga, is an American rapper and actress. She is best known as a longtime member of the Flipmode Squad, a hip hop group led by Busta Rhymes. Her debut album, '' Dirty Harriet'' (2000), peaked in the top-20 of the ''Billboard'' 200, and she released her second album, ''Classic'', in 2010. She starred in the horror film '' Thirteen Ghosts'' (2001) as Maggie. Early life Rah Digga was born in New Jersey. She studied electrical engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Rahkeim Calief Meyer (born February 11, 1978), better known by his stage name Roc Marciano, is an American rapper, songwriter, and producer. Career Roc Marciano started his career in 1999 when he joined Busta Rhymes' collective the Flipmode Squad. Marciano left in 2001 to form the U.N., a hardcore underground hip hop group consisting of three other MCs (Dino Brave, Laku & Mic Raw) with whom he released an album on Carson Daly's 456 Entertainment in 2004. Roger McNair, known professionally as Rampage (formerly Rampage the Last Boy Scout), is an American rapper who is a member of the Flipmode Squad. He is a long-time collaborator with his cousin Busta Rhymes. Early life and music career Rampage was born Roger McNair in Brooklyn, New York City on August 1, 1974, to Katherine McNair and Roger Williams, who are from Jamaica. Dewayne Battle (born December 24, 1970), known professionally as Young Zee, is an American underground hip hop emcee. He was a former member of the Outsidaz, alongside Pacewon. Career Outsidaz The Outsidaz, a large hip hop crew that became the first act signed to Ruff Life Records, produced several singles and released a record in the mid-'90s. Flipmode Squad
Flipmode Squad is a hip hop collective founded and fronted by rapper Busta Rhymes. The first Flipmode album debuted in 1998 with ''The Imperial'', Rampage and Rah Digga went on to record solo efforts. In the move to J Records in 2000, Lord Have Mercy left Flipmode Squad in preference of a solo career in 2000, feeling that Busta was holding him down. The original line up also included Serious, who after quickly leaving would later produce for artists on No Limit Records, and later acts like Show Money and M. Dollars who were signed to the label as independent artists. Underground MC Roc Marciano would also be signed to the label for a number of years before going the independent route. A second Flipmode Squad release, ''Rulership Movement'', was set for release in 2003 on J Records, but because of the label change to Aftermath it was never released. Carlton Neron Thomas (born June 15, 1972) is an American R&B singer. Biography Thomas was born in Aurora, Illinois and attended East Aurora High School. He sang around Chicago and became a member of The Fourmula. He branched out, however, and traveled to New York City, where he sang at clubs during open-mic nights. One such performance caught the eye of Sean "Puffy" Combs, who signed Thomas to Bad Boy Entertainment in 1997. The Outsidaz were an American hip hop collective from Newark, New Jersey, perhaps best known through their affiliation with fellow New York-area, New Jersey rappers the Fugees and Detroit-area rappers D12. History The group formed in 1991 after underground rappers Young Zee (born Dewayne Battle) met D.U. (born Brian Bostic) and Pacewon (born Jerome Hinds) at a New Year's Eve party. At the time they met, Young Zee and Pacewon were rival MCs. Pacewon & D.U. were members of a crew named PNS, while Zee headed a crew named Pskitzo with members Anthony D.
