Dione Miguel Ribas
Dione Miguel Ribas (born 16 July 1993), simply known as Dione, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Treze. Career Born in São Paulo, Dione began his career as a player playing for amateur teams in the state of Paraná. In 2015, he played for his first professional club, Mundo Novo-MS. In 2017, he arrived at Operário Ferroviário where he won the national titles in Series C and D. He later played for some teams in the northeast, winning state championships with Sampaio Corrêa in 2021 and Campinense in 2022. In 2023 he played for AD Confiança, and later for Zakho SC from Iraq. In July 2024, he was signed by Volta Redonda FC. For the 2025 season Dione signed with Treze FC. The 2024 Campeonato Brasileiro Série C was a football competition held in Brazil, equivalent to the third division. It began on 20 April and ended on 19 October 2024. Twenty teams competed in the tournament, twelve returning from the 2023 season, four promoted from the 2023 Campeonato Brasileiro Série D ( Athletic, Caxias, Ferroviária and Ferroviário) and four relegated from the 2023 Campeonato Brasileiro Série B (ABC, Londrina, Sampaio Corrêa and Tombense). 2017 Campeonato Brasileiro Série D
The 2017 Campeonato Brasileiro Série D, the fourth level of the Brazilian League, was contested by 68 clubs. The competition started on 21 May and ended on 10 September 2017. Atlético Acreano, Globo, Juazeirense and Operário Ferroviário qualified for the semi-finals and were promoted to the 2018 Campeonato Brasileiro Série C. Operário Ferroviário won the title after defeating Globo in the final. Competition format In the first stage, 68 teams were divided into seventeen groups of four, organized regionally. The teams played home and away against the other three teams in their group, a total of six games. The winner of each group plus the best 15 runners-up qualified for the second stage. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D (English: Brazilian Championship Serie D), commonly known as the Série D or the Brazilian Série D to distinguish it from the Italian Serie D, is the fourth division of the Brazilian football league system, and was announced by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) on 9 April 2008. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D was formed from the split of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C, Série C, keeping its best 20 clubs and playing double round robin as does the top three divisions. The Série D keeps the same format of the older Série C, but with participation limited to 40 clubs recognized by the state federation. In 2016 the Série D was expanded to 68 clubs, but in 2022 it was reduced to 64 clubs.
