Dino Špehar
Dino Špehar (born 8 February 1994) is a Croatian professional footballer who plays as a forward for NK Rudeš. Club career Osijek Špehar began his career playing at youth level for his hometown club Osijek. Before he signed a professional three-year contract with Osijek in October 2010, Špehar scored over 300 goals in his appearances for Osijek's youth categories. He made his debut for the first team in a cup game against Šibenik on 27 October 2010, when he replaced Vedran Nikšić for the final ten minutes of the match. On his first appearance for Osijek in Prva HNL, he scored his first league goal, a late equalizer against Slaven Belupo. In the second leg of Croatian Cup quarter-finals against Dinamo Zagreb, Špehar scored the opening goal but Osijek lost 3–1 and was eliminated with an aggregate score of 5–1. Osijek () is the fourth-largest city in Croatia, with a population of 96,848 in 2021. Croatia National Under-17 Football Team
The Croatia national under-17 football team represents Croatia in international football matches for players aged 17 or under. It is governed by the Croatian Football Federation, the governing body for football in Croatia. It is a member of UEFA in Europe and FIFA in global competitions. The team's colours reference two national symbols: the Croatian checkerboard and the country's tricolour. They are colloquially referred to as the ''Mali vatreni'' ('Little Blazers'). Robert Špehar
Robert Špehar (born 13 May 1970) is a Croatian football coach and a former international footballer who played as a striker. During his 18 years long senior career he played for Croatian Prva HNL teams NK Zagreb and NK Osijek in three occasions. In Belgium he played for Club Brugge with whom he won Belgian First Division and Belgian Cup. He also played for AS Monaco reaching the UEFA Champions League semi-finals, Verona, Sporting, Galatasaray, Standard Liège, before ending his career at Omonia with Cypriot Cup title. At international level he represented Croatia gaining eight caps over a five-year period, between 1992–1996 and was a member of their 1996 King Hassan II International Cup Tournament winning squad. 2011 UEFA European Under-17 Championship Elite Round
2011 UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship (Elite Round) was the second round of qualifications for the final tournament of UEFA U-17 Championship 2011. The 28 teams advancing from the qualifying round were distributed into seven groups of four teams each, with each group contesting in a round-robin format, with one of the four teams hosting all six group games. The seven group-winning teams automatically qualified for the final tournament in Serbia. Each team was placed in one of four drawing pots, according to their qualifying round results. The seven sides with the best records were placed in Pot A, and so forth until Pot D, which contained the seven teams with the weakest records. The 2011 UEFA European Under-17 Championship was the tenth edition of UEFA's European Under-17 Football Championship. Serbia hosted the tournament between the 3 and 15 May. 6 Teams also qualified for the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup. Players born after 1 January 1994 were eligible to participate in this competition. Nogometni klub Slaven Belupo (), often referred to as Slaven Belupo, is a Croatian professional football club based in the city of Koprivnica in the north of Croatia. Vedran Nikšić (born 5 May 1987) is a Croatian football striker, who plays for fifth-tier NK Tomislav Livana. Club career Nikšić started his career playing at youth level for his hometown club Osijek. He made his debut for the first team against Cibalia on 11 March 2006, in the 22nd round of 2005–06 season. He was sidelined for the most part of the following season due to cruciate ligament injury. He managed to return for the second part of the season, and scored his first goal in Prva HNL in a 2–2 home draw against Cibalia.
