Diarmuid Kirwan
Diarmuid Kirwan is an Irish hurling referee. A native of Ballyskenagh, County Offaly he lives in Ovens, County Cork where he played hurling with the local Éire Óg club. His father, Gerry, also refereed an All-Ireland final and when the son was appointed they became the first father and son duo to have. Just after throwing the ball in at the beginning of the second half of the 2015 Leinster SHC semi-final between Kilkenny and Wexford, the hurley of Michael Fennelly struck Kirwan and knocked him to the ground. Clare County Hurling Team
The Clare county hurling team represents Clare in hurling and is governed by Clare GAA, the county board of the Gaelic Athletic Association. The GAA Hurling All-Ireland Senior Championship, known simply as the All-Ireland Championship, is an annual inter-county hurling competition organised by the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). Barry Kelly (referee)
Barry Kelly (born 1970) is an Irish hurling referee. Born in Mullingar, County Westmeath, he went on to become one of the top referees in his sport and has officiated at several All-Ireland finals in minor, under-21 and senior levels. He is a member of the St Oliver Plunkett's club in Mullingar. He is an English, History and CSPE teacher at St Finian's College in Mullingar. John Sexton (referee)
John Edward Sexton (born September 29, 1942) is an American lawyer, academic, and author. He is the Benjamin F. Butler Professor of Law at New York University where he teaches at the law school and NYU's undergraduate colleges. Sexton served as the fifteenth president of NYU, from 2002 to 2015. Tommy McIntyre
Tommy McIntyre (born 26 December 1963) is a Scottish professional football coach and a former player, who played for Aberdeen, Hibernian and Airdrieonians in the 1980s and 1990s. He was most recently the manager of the B squad of Celtic. McIntyre began his career at Aberdeen but left them to join Hibernian in 1986. He soon became an important part of Alex Miller's side, winning the Scottish League Cup in 1991 and made over 100 league appearances for the club.
