Dian HP
Dian Hadipranowo (born 2 August 1965), better known as Dian HP, is an Indonesian composer. Biography Dian was born in Tunis on 2 August 1965 to a diplomat and his wife. As a toddler, she would eat her meals near the family piano and play her own tunes; she reportedly would not eat unless she was near it. Growing up in Germany, she later studied the piano at the music school in Bad Godesberg, Bonn. Her father would also take her to concerts and other musical venues. However, she also considered becoming a kindergarten teacher. Dian returned to Indonesia in the late 1970s, soon enrolling at the Jakarta Art Institute; during the same period she taught jazz to Indra Lesmana. By 1984 she was earning a living through music, at times collaborating with Indonesian stars like Fariz RM, Titiek Puspa, and Guruh Soekarnoputra. Taman Ismail Marzuki
Ismail Marzuki Park, (Indonesian: Taman Ismail Marzuki, TIM), is an arts, cultural, and science center located at Cikini in Jakarta, Indonesia. Taman Ismail Marzuki complex comprises a number of facilities including six performing arts theaters, cinemas, exhibition hall, gallery, libraries and an archive building. The complex is built on an 9 hectares land area, which was previously a zoo. TIM is named after Ismail Marzuki, one of Indonesia's most influential composers. Hanny R. Saputra (born 11 May 1965) is an Indonesian director. One of his films, '' Under the Protection of Ka'Bah'', was Indonesia's submission for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in the 84th Academy Awards. Biography Saputra was born in Salatiga, Central Java, on 11 May 1965. As a child he enjoyed watching movies, and in 1985 he enrolled in the Jakarta Art Institute to learn filmmaking. Hajji Chrismansyah Rahadi (; 16 September 1949 – 30 March 2007), born Christian Rahadi (), better known by his stage name Chrisye (), was an Indonesian progressive pop singer and songwriter. Nirwan Dewanto (born 28 September 1961) is an Indonesian poet, curator and cultural critic. He is also known for his depiction of Albertus Soegijapranata in the 2012 biopic ''Soegija''. Biography Dewanto was born in Surabaya, East Java, on 28 September 1961. Sitok Srengenge (born 22 August 1965) is an Indonesian poet, actor, and dramatist. Born Sitok Sunarto in Purwodadi, Central Java, he became interested in literature at a young age and was heavily influenced by his village's strong oral tradition. When he moved to Jakarta to complete his university studies, he became involved with the Bengkel Teater under Rendra. Sitok remained with the company for almost a decade, appearing in several plays as he refined his literary style. His first poetry collection, ''Persetubuhan Liar'', was published in 1992.
