Mark DiFelice
Mark Andrew DiFelice (born August 23, 1976) is an American former Major League pitcher. Growing up in Havertown, Pennsylvania, Mark played for Hilltop Baseball and is currently the only player from that league (established in 1963) to play in MLB. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Milwaukee Brewers. He is currently working as a pitching coach for the Wilmington Blue Rocks. Minor league career DiFelice started his professional career as a part of the Colorado Rockies organization in 1998. He played his first season for their Class A (Short Season) affiliate, the Portland Rockies. In 1999, DiFelice advanced to the Class A-Advanced Salem Avalanche. In 2000, he played for the Double-A Carolina Mudcats. DiFelice also played part of the 2001 season for Carolina, while also pitching for the Triple-A Colorado Springs Sky Sox. Mike DiFelice
Michael William DiFelice (; born May 28, 1969) is an American former Major League Baseball journeyman catcher. He is a graduate from the University of Tennessee, and was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 11th round of the 1991 Major League Baseball draft. He made his major league debut in with the Cards. On April 17, 1997, he recorded his first stolen base with a steal of home against pitcher Kevin Brown who threw a wild pitchout. DiFelice was chosen by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays with the 20th selection of the 1997 MLB Expansion Draft. On July 25, , he was traded with Albie Lopez to the Arizona Diamondbacks for Jason Conti and Nick Bierbrodt. His time in Arizona was short and tumultuous. In a game against the Pittsburgh Pirates on August 14, DiFelice got into a fight with Kevin Young at home plate.
