''Dhauli Express'' is a 2007 Indian Odia-language film written and directed by Chittaranjan Tripathy. It features Samaresh Routray, Mihir Das, Siddhanta Mahapatra, Anu Choudhury, Aparajita Mohanty. The film was produced by Chittaranjan Triparthy. It won the Odisha State Film Award for Best Film in 2007. The film's title is based on the train of the same name. Chittaranjan Tripathy
Chittaranjan Tripathy (born in 1971) is an Indian actor, director, writer and music director who predominantly works in Hindi and Odia films. He is best known for his role as ''Trivedi'' in the Netflix series Sacred Games. Early life and education Tripathy was born in Chandabali in Odisha. He did his graduation from Ravenshaw College, Cuttack & completed his master's in sociology from University of Hyderabad in 1992. Further, he acquired a Diploma in Acting from the prestigious NSD, Delhi in 1996. Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui was his batchmate there. Mihir Kumar Das (11 February 1959 – 11 January 2022) was an Indian actor who worked in Odia language films of Ollywood industry. He received several awards, notably Best Actor for his films Laxmi Pratima in 1998, Pheria Mo Suna Bhauni in 2005 Best Supporting Actor award for his films Rakhi Bandhili Mo Rakhiba Mana in 2002 and Prema Adhei Akhyara and Best Comedian award for Mu Tate Love Karuchhi in 2007 from the Odisha state government.
