Devin Green (born October 25, 1982) is a former American professional basketball player who last played for GS Pétroliers in 2020, winning the Basketball Africa League's (BAL) inaugural pre-qualification championship in Yaounde, Cameroon. He played college basketball at Hampton, finishing in 2005. After his tenure at Hampton University he joined the Los Angeles lakers for the 2005-2006 season and following that with an appearance in the 2006-2007 Los Angeles Lakers preseason. Professional career He was undrafted out of Hampton University, and was signed by the Los Angeles Lakers as a free agent, appearing in 27 games in the 2005–2006 season. On October 30, 2006, he was waived by the Lakers. Green played for the NBDL team the Los Angeles D-Fenders halfway through the season of 2006–07, but then left for the German Basketball League team RheinEnergie Köln. The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) is a collegiate athletic conference whose full members are historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) in the Southeastern and the Mid-Atlantic United States. Basketball Bundesliga-Pokal, commonly known as the BBL-Pokal, is the annual national basketball cup competition in Germany. Since 2009, the title has been awarded to the winner of a tournament competition between top clubs of each Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) season. The Bulgarian Basketball Cup is an annual cup competition, organized by the Bulgarian Basketball Federation since 1951. The cup was not held in 1957, 1958, 1960 and 1961. 2021 BAL Qualification
The 2020 BAL Qualifying Tournaments were the inaugural qualifying tournaments of the Basketball Africa League (BAL), the newly launched premier basketball league of Africa jointly organized by the NBA and FIBA. While the NBA will co-organise from the regular season, the qualifiers are completely organised by FIBA Africa. The Road to BAL, also known as the BAL Qualifying Tournaments, are the qualifying tournaments of the Basketball Africa League (BAL). The organization of the qualifiers is in hands of FIBA Africa.
