Devin Asiasi
Devin Timothy Soane Asiasi (born August 14, 1997) is an American football tight end for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at UCLA. He was drafted by the New England Patriots in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft. High school career Born in San Mateo, California and raised in the Shoreview community, Asiasi played high school football on both offense and defense at De La Salle High School in Concord, California. During his senior season, he hauled in 17 catches for 311 yards and five touchdowns on offense, and finished with 49 tackles, five pass breakups and four sacks on defense. The tight end (TE) is a position in American football, arena football, and Canadian football, on the offense (sports), offense. The tight end is often a hybrid position with the characteristics and roles of both an offensive lineman and a wide receiver. Like offensive linemen, they are usually lined up on the offensive line and are large enough to be effective blockers. On the other hand, unlike offensive linemen, they are eligible receivers adept enough to warrant a defense's attention when running pass patterns.
