Destiny Of X
"Destiny of X" is a 2022 relaunch of the '' X-Men'' line of comic books published by Marvel Comics. It is the sequel to " Reign of X" following the end of the dual miniseries ''X Lives of Wolverine'' and ''X Deaths of Wolverine'', and the first phase of the Krakoan era of X-Men following the departure of Jonathan Hickman during "Reign of X". A sequel, "Fall of X" is coming in the summer of 2023. ''X-Men '' is a comic book ongoing series featuring the titular namesake team of superheroes, published in various incarnations by Marvel Comics, beginning in 1963. During its revival under writer Chris Claremont, the first series was eventually renamed ''The Uncanny X-Men'' with issue #114 (October 1978). In 1991 a second companion series debuted, marking the first time that more than one ''X-Men'' series would be published. Bishop (Marvel Comics)
Lucas Bishop is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, particularly titles associated with the X-Men. He first appears as a member of Xavier's Security Enforcers (XSE), a mutant police force from a dystopian future of the Marvel Universe. He travels to the 20th century and joins the X-Men, a team he knew only as legends. Bishop experiences difficulty adjusting to the norms of the time period. The X-Terminators are fictional characters appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. History The name "X-Men" was originally used by X-Factor at that group's inception. The five original X-Men (Angel, Beast, Cyclops, Iceman, and Marvel Girl) had founded X-Factor Investigations, and posed as normal humans purported to be an organization of mutant-hunters. When they went into action in costume in public, they posed as another mutant team under the name X-Terminators. Eventually, when X-Factor realized that this ruse was actually a ploy by their former business manager Cameron Hodge to worsen human-mutant relations, they abandoned the X-Terminators identity. Sabretooth (character)
Sabretooth (Victor Creed) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, most commonly in association with the X-Men, in particular as an enemy of the mutant Wolverine. Created by writer Chris Claremont and artist/co-writer John Byrne, the character made his first appearance in '' Iron Fist Issue'' #14 (August 1977). The original portrayal of Sabretooth was that of a non-powered serial killer but was later written as a mutant possessing bestial superhuman abilities, most notably a rapid healing factor, razor-sharp fangs and claws, and superhuman senses. Deadpool
Deadpool is an antihero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Simon "Si" Spurrier (born 2 May 1981) is a British comics writer and novelist, who has previously worked as a cook, a bookseller, and an art director for the BBC.
