	Desert Dolphins Desert Dolphins was a Canadian country music group. Their 1994 single "Dynamite" reached the Top 10 of the ''RPM'' Country Tracks chart. They later returned to the Top 20 with their 1996 single "Foolproof." The band was founded in 1993 in Kitchener, Ontario. Its original lineup was Grant Heywood (lead vocals, mandolin), Peter Padalino (guitar, keyboards, vocals), Rocky Howell (guitar, vocals), and Jamie Todd (various instruments). Padalino was a former member of Major Hoople's Boarding House. By mid-1995, the lineup had changed to Heywood, Peter Beacock (keyboards), Sean Gilders (bass guitar), and Daniel Davies (guitars). Randall Prescott of the band Prescott-Brown Prescott-Brown was a Canadian country music trio composed of Tracey Brown, her brother Barry and her husband Randall Prescott. The publication was founded by Walt Grealis in February 1964, supported through its existence by record label owner Stan Klees. ''RPM'' ceased publication in November 2000. 	Major Hoople's Boarding House Major Hoople's Boarding House is a Canadian pop band from Galt, Ontario (now Cambridge, Ontario). They have released two albums and several singles, three of which appeared on national charts. History In 1967, Rocky Howell (vocals), Peter Padalino (guitar), Gail Selkirk (vocals, keyboards), David Lodge (bass, saxophone, vocals) and drummer Rick Riddell formed a band in Galt called the Shan-De-Leers. They then moved to Kitchener, Ontario which, at the time, was a hub of new musical talent. There, they were taken up by what Padalino called "The Mike Bergauer Machine": Bergauer was a local musician, teacher and arranger who mentored numerous bands.
