Derric Rossy
Derric Rossy (born July 2, 1980) is an American former professional boxer and a former defensive end at Boston College. He enrolled in the Lynch School of Education with a major in human development. Rossy knocked out Gary Bell in the second round to win the vacant New York State heavyweight title. He has also sparred with Tomasz Adamek. Early life Rossy played football at Patchogue-Medford High School in Medford, New York. As a senior, he won All-American honors from SuperPrep magazine, received an All-America honorable mention from USA Today, was an all-state and all-Long Island selection, and received the Hansen Award as the Suffolk County Most Valuable Player. He was also a member of his school's basketball and baseball teams. Amateur career Rossy fought only 10 amateur bouts and won the 2004 New York City Golden Gloves. A knockout (abbreviated to KO or K.O.) is a fight-ending, winning criterion in several full-contact combat sports, such as boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, mixed martial arts, karate, some forms of taekwondo and other sports involving striking, as well as fighting-based video games. Hard Rock Hotel And Casino (Las Vegas)
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino was a resort located near the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It now operates as Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The resort is located on on the corner of Harmon Avenue and Paradise Road, about a mile east of the Las Vegas Strip. At the time of its closure, the Hard Rock included 1,506 rooms across several hotel towers, a casino, and a music venue known as The Joint. It had also hosted a weekly pool party event known as Rehab. Plans for a Hard Rock hotel were announced in 1991, and the resort opened on March 10, 1995, as the world's first rock and roll-themed hotel. Bermane Stiverne
Bermane Stiverne (born November 1, 1978) is a Haitian-Canadian professional boxer. He held the WBC heavyweight title from 2014 to 2015. He also challenged twice for world titles in 2017 and 2021. Amateur career Stiverne started boxing at the age of 19. As an amateur he won a silver medal in the super heavyweight division at the 2005 National Championships, as well as bronze in the 2003 and 2004 Championships. In international competition he beat Robert Helenius (points) and David Price (knockout). His total amateur record was 49 wins and 10 losses. Erkan Teper (born 18 June 1982) is a German professional boxer. He held the European heavyweight title in 2015, but was stripped by the EBU for failing a drug test. The Wind Creek Bethlehem (formerly Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem) is a casino hotel located in the Bethlehem Works development site in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. Vyacheslav Valeriyovych Glazkov ( uk, В'ячеслав Валерійович Глазков, born 15 October 1984) is a Ukrainian former professional boxer who competed from 2009 to 2016. He challenged once for the vacant IBF heavyweight title in 2016, losing to Charles Martin due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury. The injury eventually forced him to retire from the sport.
