Luhansk Oblast (; ), also referred to as Luhanshchyna (), is the easternmost Administrative divisions of Ukraine, oblast (province) of Ukraine. Its administrative center is the city of Luhansk. Bilovodsk
Bilovodsk () is a rural settlementin the Starobilsk Raion of Luhansk Oblast in the east of Ukraine on the banks of the Derkul river. It has an estimated population of Geography Bilovodsk is located on the Derkul river, a left tributary of the Donets. The Seversky Donets () or Siverskyi Donets (), usually simply called the Donets (), is a river on the south of the East European Plain. It originates in the Central Russian Upland, north of Belgorod, flows south-east through Ukraine (Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts) and then again through Russia (Rostov Oblast) to join the river Don, about from the Sea of Azov.
