Dergview FC
Dergview Football Club is an intermediate-level, Northern Irish football playing in the NIFL Premier Intermediate League. History The club, founded in 1980, hails from Castlederg, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, and plays its matches at Darragh Park. The club began in junior football, before working its way up to the senior level of Northern Irish football. The club traditionally play in black and white. They are nicknamed 'Constitution' or 'The Constitutes'. Portadown legend Richard Clarke was appointed manager in June 2013. He resigned in February 2018. After a difficult 2022/23 season, the club would see young defender Bobby Deane make the move to NIFL Premiership side Glenavon. The clubs reserves won the Craig Stanfield IFA Junior Cup in 2023, defeating Harryville Homers 4–1 in the final at Windsor Park. Castlederg
Castlederg (earlier Caslanadergy, ) is a town in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It lies on the River Derg and is near the border with County Donegal, Ireland. It stands in the townlands of Castlesessagh and Churchtown, in the historic barony of Omagh West and the civil parish of Urney. The village has a ruined castle and two ancient tombs known as the Druid's Altar and Todd's Den. It had a population of 2,980 people at the 2021 census. The village hosts some of the district's key events each year, including the Derg Vintage Rally, Dergfest music festival, Red River Festival and the traditional Apple Fair. Dungannon (, ) is a town in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It is the second-largest town in the county (after Omagh) and had a population of 16,282 at the 2021 Census. The Dungannon and South Tyrone Borough Council had its headquarters in the town, though since 2015 the area has been covered by Mid-Ulster District Council. For centuries, it was the 'capital' of the O'Neill dynasty of Tír Eoghain, who dominated most of Ulster and built a castle on the hill.
