Violet Paige Paintball Paintball (Paul Deisinger) is a DC Comics supervillain. He first appeared in ''Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E.'' #2 (September 1999), and was created by Geoff Johns and Leo Moder. Paintball is an art teacher who was transformed into a paint-themed criminal and became a minion of Dragon King. Paintball in other media Paul Deisinger appears in '' Stargirl'', portrayed by Randy Havens. This version is an art teacher at Blue Valley High School before being transformed into a paint monster by Cindy Burman and Eclipso. After Stargirl frees and cures him, Deisinger undergoes a psych evaluation before being killed by Icicle's mother Lily Mahkent. Geoffrey Johns (born January 25, 1973) is an American comic book writer, screenwriter, and film and television producer. Johns's work on the DC Comics characters Green Lantern, Aquaman, Flash (comics), Flash, and Superman has drawn critical acclaim. ''Justice League Unlimited'' (''JLU'') is an American superhero animated series that was produced by Warner Bros. Animation with DC Comics in season 3 and aired on Cartoon Network. ''The Flash'' is an ongoing American comic book series featuring the DC Comics superhero of the Flash (comics), same name. Throughout its publication, the series has primarily focused on two characters who have worn the mantle of the Flash: Barry Allen, the second Flash (1959–1985, 2010–2020), and Wally West, the third Flash (1987–2008, 2021–present).
