Deputy Senior Presiding Judge
The Senior Presiding Judge for England and Wales is a member of the Court of Appeal appointed by the Lord Chief Justice to supervise the Presiding Judges for the various judicial circuits of England and Wales. The Senior Presiding Judge is responsible for deployment and personnel issues for all circuits and acts as a "general point of liaison" for the courts, judiciary and Government. The post dates to the appointment in 1983 of Sir Tasker Watkins, who remains the longest-serving holder of the office. The arrangement was put on a statutory footing with the enactment of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990. Presiding Judges In each circuit, there are two Presiding Judges appointed by the Lord Chief Justice to preside each of the six circuits in England and Wales, with the exception of the South-Eastern circuit which is supervised by the Lord Chief Justice and two High Court judges. Court Of Appeal (England And Wales)
The Court of Appeal (formally "His Majesty's Court of Appeal in England", commonly cited as "CA", "EWCA" or "CoA") is the highest court within the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and second in the legal system of England and Wales only to the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom. The Court of Appeal was created in 1875, and today comprises 39 Lord Justices of Appeal and Lady Justices of Appeal. The court has two divisions, Criminal and Civil, led by the Lady Chief Justice and the Master of the Rolls respectively. Criminal appeals are heard in the Criminal Division, and civil appeals in the Civil Division. The Criminal Division hears appeals from the Crown Court, while the Civil Division hears appeals from the County Court, High Court of Justice and Family Court. Brian Leveson
Sir Brian Henry Leveson ( ; born 22 June 1949) is an English retired senior judge who is the current Investigatory Powers Commissioner, having previously served as the President of the Queen's Bench Division and Head of Criminal Justice. Leveson chaired the public inquiry into the culture, practices and ethics of the British press, prompted by the ''News of the World'' phone hacking affair. Early life Leveson was born in Liverpool, on 22 June 1949. He was educated at Liverpool College, a then public school in Mossley Hill, Liverpool. He studied at Merton College, Oxford and was President of the Oxford Law Society. Legal career Leveson was called to the Bar at Middle Temple in 1970. He initially practised in Liverpool and became Queen's Counsel in 1986.

Constitutional Reform Act 2005
The Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c. 4) is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, relevant to UK constitutional law. Nicholas Green (judge)
Sir Nicholas Nigel Green (born 15 October 1958) is a judge of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales. He also served as the Chair of the Law Commission of England and Wales between 2018 and 2023. Dame Julia Wendy Macur, DBE (born 17 April 1957), known as The Rt Hon Lady Justice Macur, is a British judge of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales. Adrian Fulford
Sir Adrian Bruce Fulford (born 8 January 1953) is a retired Lord Justice of Appeal. From 2017 to 2019, he was the first Investigatory Powers Commissioner, and was the Vice-President of the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division) in 2019, succeeding Lady Justice Hallett. Sir Peter Henry Gross (born 13 February 1952) is a retired judge of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales and judicial commissioner of the Court of Appeal in Brunei.
