Denis Napthine
Denis Vincent Napthine (born 6 March 1952) is a former Australian politician who was the 47th Premier of Victoria. Napthine was a Liberal Party member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly, representing the electoral district of Portland from 1988 to 2002 and South-West Coast from 2002 to 2015. He was elected leader of the Parliamentary Liberal Party on 6 March 2013 following the resignation of Ted Baillieu and was sworn in as premier on the same day. His party lost the Victorian state election on 29 November 2014 and he announced he would step down as leader of the Parliamentary Liberal Party, with Matthew Guy being elected his successor on 4 December. Heidi Victoria (born Heidi Mitterlehner on 12 October 1967) is a professional photographer and former Australian politician. She was a member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly, representing Bayswater for the Liberal Party from 2006 to 2018. Digby Crozier
Digby Glen Crozier (born 16 May 1927) is a former Australian politician. He was born in London to medical practitioner John Edwin Digby Crozier and Nancy Legoe, who were from Adelaide; Nancy's father was Glen Legoe (1864–1951) of George Wilcox & Co; Capt. John Legoe (c. 1824–1895) was a grandfather. He attended Geelong Grammar School and then Caius College, Cambridge, where he received a Master of Arts. From 1945 to 1946 he served in the Royal Australian Navy, and afterwards became a grazier near Casterton. On 20 April 1957 he married Mary Jill Salter; they had four children. Roma Britnell
Roma Clare Britnell (née Hussey; born 17 January 1967) is an Australian politician. She was elected to the Victorian Legislative Assembly as a Liberal Party member for South-West Coast, at a by-election in 2015. She was re-elected in 2018 and appointed to the opposition front bench as Shadow Minister for Rural Roads, and Shadow Minister for Ports and Freight. Britnell attended St Ann's College in Warrnambool, and trained as a nurse at Warrnambool Base Hospital. She worked as a nurse for almost 30 years and spend 15 years working in community health at the Framlingham Aboriginal Community. Electoral District Of South-West Coast
The electoral district of South-West Coast is an electorate of the Victorian Legislative Assembly. It was created prior to the 2002 election in order to replace the abolished seats of Portland and Warrnambool. The seat is dominated by the town of Warrnambool, but also includes Portland, Port Fairy, Koroit, Heywood and Macarthur. South-West Coast is located in ancestrally Liberal territory, and was thus a natural choice for Portland's former member, Denis Napthine, to transfer for the 2002 election. He barely held onto his seat in the Labor landslide of that year, seeing his margin reduced to only 0.7 percent. However, it has reverted to its previous form as a safe Liberal seat. Napthine subsequently served as Premier of Victoria from 2013 to 2014. Following his government's election loss to Labor in November 2014, Napthine resigned from parliament on 3 September 2015. Christine Mary Campbell (born 30 November 1953) is an Australian politician. Education Born in Melbourne, Campbell graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Education from La Trobe University. She later was Head of the National Women's Bureau in the Shop Distributive Association from 1974–80. She became an emergency teacher and adult migrant teacher in 1981, and joined the Labor Party in 1983. Jacinta Marie Allan (born 19 September 1973) is an Australian politician serving as the 29th and current deputy premier of Victoria since June 2022. Michael John (29 April 1943 – 6 June 2003) was a Welsh-born Australian politician. He was born in Swansea to G. H. and Beryl John, and the family migrated to Australia in 1956. He graduated from Hamilton High School with Honours and was awarded the Myer and Commonwealth Scholarships to the University of Melbourne, where he received a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law in 1965. He worked as a barrister and solicitor and is a partner in a law firm in Bendigo. In 1965 he married Belinda, with whom he had three daughters. Vin Heffernan
Vincent Patrick "Vin" Heffernan (24 December 1935 – 15 November 2002) was an Australian politician. He was born in Ivanhoe to William Francis Heffernan and Mary Ninoe, ''née'' Downing. He attended St Thomas Christian Brothers College in Clifton Hill before becoming a motor engineer, builder and property developer. From 1966 to 1984 he was a Heidelberg City Councillor (he was mayor from 1979 to 1980), and in 1983 he was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for his work with youth. In 1985 he was elected to the Victorian Legislative Assembly as the Liberal member for Ivanhoe. Alan Robert Stockdale (born 21 April 1945) is the former President of the Liberal Party of Australia and a former Victorian state Deputy Liberal leader. He was Treasurer of Victoria in the government of Jeff Kennett from 1992 to 1999.
