Denis Martínez Roque
Denis Martínez Roque (born 1990, Camagüey, Cuba) is a Cuban dancer and choreographer. He was the first dancer and choreographer of the National Dance Company of Cuba. Life and career He was born in Camagüey (Cuba) in 1990. He began receiving dance classes at the age of 10. She graduated from the Professional Dance School of Cuba. He began his career in the Endedans Contemporary Ballet of Cuba, a company in which he was a dancer and later a choreographer. As a choreographer, he created different works for the company, with the support of the Performing Arts and the Ministry of Culture of Cuba, receiving numerous mentions and awards. Camagüey
Camagüey () is a city and municipality in central Cuba and is the nation's third-largest city with more than 333,000 inhabitants. It is the capital of the Camagüey Province. It was founded as Santa María del Puerto del Príncipe in 1514, by Spanish colonists on the northern coast and moved inland in 1528, to the site of a Taino village named Camagüey. National Auditorium () is an entertainment center at Paseo de la Reforma #50, Chapultepec in Mexico City. The National Auditorium is considered among the world's best venues by specialized media. Danza is a musical genre that originated in Ponce, a city in southern Puerto Rico. It is a popular turn-of-the-twentieth-century ballroom dance genre slightly similar to the waltz. Both the danza and its cousin the contradanza are sequence dances, performed to a pattern, usually of squares, to music that was instrumental. Neither the contradanza nor the danza were sung genres; this is a contrast to, for example, the habanera, which was a sung genre. Sadler's Wells Theatre
Sadler's Wells Theatre is a London performing arts venue, located in Rosebery Avenue, Islington. The present-day theatre is the sixth on the site. Sadler's Wells grew out of a late 17th-century pleasure garden and was opened as a theatre building in the 1680s. Lacking the requisite licence to perform straight drama, the house became known for dancing, performing animals, pantomime, and spectacular entertainments such as sea battles in a huge water tank on the stage.
