Demi Sims (born 6 September 1996) is an English television personality. She appeared on ''The Only Way Is Essex'' in 2014, between November 2018 and July 2022, and in late 2024. Sims was described by Emma Garland of ''Vice'' in December 2020 as one of the "very few openly bisexual women in mainstream reality TV" and has also appeared on '' Celeb Ex in the City'', ''Celebs Go Dating'', '' CelebAbility'', and ''House of Sims''. She was scheduled to participate on the boxing undercard of KSI vs Dillon Danis, though this was later postponed. Life and career Sims was born on 6 September 1996. She came out as bisexual in her late teens and has vitiligo. The Only Way Is Essex
''The Only Way Is Essex'' (often abbreviated as ''TOWIE'' ) is a British reality television series based in Brentwood, Essex, England. It shows "real people in modified situations, saying unscripted lines but in a structured way." Broadcast on ITV2 from 2010, the series was moved to ITVBe in October 2014 and set to move back to ITV2 in autumn 2025. The first series consisted of 10 episodes and ran for 30 minutes, with a Christmas special following later in the year.
