Delusion Rain
''Delusion Rain'' is the sixth studio album by the Canadian rock band Mystery, released in November 2015 on Unicorn Digital. The album features a new studio lineup for the band, with guitarist and keyboardist Michel St-Père, keyboardist Benoît Dupuis, bassist François Fournier, guitarist Sylvain Moineau, drummer Jean-Sébastien Goyette, and singer Jean Pageau. The album also features two guest musicians: Antoine Michaud on guitars who played guitars for Mystery during their 2014 tour and subsequently became their keyboardist in 2016, and Sylvain Descoteaux who is a member of Huis along with St-Père. Most of the songs on the album were new compositions, with the exception of "The Willow Tree" and "Wall Street King", which originate from around the time of '' Theatre of the Mind''. Mystery (band)
Mystery (often stylized as MYSTERY) is a Canadian rock band formed in 1986 by multi-instrumentalist Michel St-Père. The band released their eponymous debut EP in 1992 with Raymond and Gary Savoie on lead vocals, followed by their first album '' Theatre of the Mind'' in 1996 and then ''Destiny?'' in 1998, both with Gary on lead vocals. In 2007 the band released their third album ''Beneath the Veil of Winter's Face'' with singer Benoît David who would record two more studio albums with the band: ''One Among the Living'' in 2010 and ''The World is a Game'' in 2012. ''Theatre of the Mind'' is the first studio album by the Canadian rock band Mystery, released in 1996. It is also the first album to be released on Michel St-Père's record label Unicorn Records, which was created to promote this album. There was a major lineup shift following the release of this album - not only was it the last Mystery album to feature Richard Addison and Stéphane Perreault, it was also the only album to feature Michel Painchaud and the last album until 2010 to feature Benoît Dupuis. A remix of the album was released in October 2018 which includes bonus track. ''Lies and Butterflies'' is the seventh studio album by the Canadian rock band Mystery, released in July 2018 on Unicorn Digital. The studio lineup for the band remained unchanged from their previous album ''Delusion Rain'', with the exception of the departure of keyboardist Benoît Dupuis in 2016 who was succeeded by Antoine Michaud, guitarist in the live band in 2014 and a session musician on ''Delusion Rain''. Production Album title The title of the album went through several changes before it was finally decided to call it ''Lies and Butterflies''. The album had at least two titles before the working title of ''Butterfly'' was suggested, which was also the working title for the song "Chrysalis". ''Chrysalis'' was the next working title, and when it was decided not to name the album ''Chrysalis'', "Butterfly" was renamed to "Chrysalis".
