Delilah Bon
Delilah Bon (8 March 1997, Barnsley, Yorkshire, United Kingdom) is the alias of Lauren Tate and a British singer, songwriter, rapper and producer. She is also known as the lead singer of the grunge band Hands Off Gretel. She has received significant coverage from ''Kerrang!'', the ''Barnsley Chronicle'' and French music TV show ''Taratata''. Career Sparked by all the sexual assaults and social injustices Lauren Tate witnessed and experienced during her time performing with Hands Off Gretel, she started expressing her fury in form of lyrics and recorded the resulting songs - at first only meant for herself. Realizing that others would also feel empowered by her new music she started to publish her new work and entered the stage as Delilah Bon. Hands Off Gretel is a rock band, affiliated to the UK Punk scene, formed 2015 in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. ''Kerrang!'' is a British weekly magazine devoted to rock, punk and heavy metal music, currently published by Wasted Talent (the same company that owns electronic music publication '' Mixmag''). It was first published on 6 June 1981 as a one-off supplement in the '' Sounds'' newspaper. ''Taratata'' is a French television music show showcasing live and pre-recorded footage of current acts. Presented by Nagui since its début in 1993, the show was initially shown on France 2. The show often involved surprise and unlikely duets, as well as brief interviews with the artists.
