The Jordanian Second Division League () is a football league that is the third tier of the Jordanian football league system. Al-Tura are the most recent champions in the 2024 season. Format The league consists of 16 teams divided into two groups. The first and second placed teams in each group qualify to the semi-finals, in a two-legged tie. The winner and runner-up are directly promoted to the Jordanian First Division League. The bottom two clubs are relegated to the Jordanian Third Division League. 2023 Jordanian Second Division League
The 2023 Jordanian Second Division League started on 7 September 2023 and concluded on 24 November 2023. The league featured 10 teams from the 2023 campaign, two new teams relegated from the 2023 Division 1: Al-Turra and Alia, and three new teams promoted from the 2023 Jordanian Third Division: Arhaba, Shabab Hauran and Shabab Um Al-Sarab. Doqarah won the league title, but had originally been handed relegation to the Third Division League by the Jordan Football Association. Al-Karmel was promoted to 2024 Jordanian First Division League along with Jerash. Bala'ama, Marj Al-Hamam and Wadi Al-Rayan also got relegated to the Third Division League. Der Abi Saeed (Arabic: دير أبي سعيد) is a city in Irbid Governorate in Jordan. It is named after a historic Christian chapel ('Der' in Arabic) in the place where the city is built.
