Deepavali (2007 Film)
''Deepavali'' () is a 2007 Indian Tamil-language action romance film written and directed by Ezhil and produced by Thirupathi Brothers. Starring Jayam Ravi and Bhavana in lead and Raghuvaran, Lal, and Vijayakumar in supporting roles. The shooting of the film finished in December 2006, with shooting locations were canned in India and in Oman, for the picturization of a song. The film released worldwide on 9 February 2007 to positive reviews. It has also been remade into Oriya in 2010 as ''Dil Tate Deichi'' and in Bengali in 2013 as '' Deewana''. Plot Billu is the son of Mudaliar. Mudaliar is much loved and respected by the people of his locality, and Billu is almost like a foster son to every person in the locality. Ezhilmaaran known as Ezhil is an Indian film director who works in the Tamil film industry. He has won 2 Tamil Nadu state awards. He made his directorial debut with the 1999 romantic film '' Thulladha Manamum Thullum'' starring Vijay and Simran. His success streak continued with ''Pennin Manathai Thottu'' (2000), '' Poovellam Un Vasam'' (2001) and ''Deepavali'' (2007). Krishnamoorthy (actor)
Krishnamoorthy (1963/1964 – 7 October 2019) was a comedian in the Tamil film industry in India. Career Krishnamoorthy moved from his home town Tiruvannamalai to Madras in 1983 hoping to become an actor in films. Despite being initially unsuccessful, he joined the crew of the film ''Kuzhandhai Yesu'' (1984) as an office boy, and by the end of production, he was assigned the role of production manager. He subsequently went on to work on several films and adverts as a member of the crew. As a result, he was initially credited in films as Manager Krishnamoorthy. Suseenthiran is an Indian film director and screenwriter in Tamil cinema. He rose to fame with his directorial debut '' Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu'' (2009).
