December Baby
''December Baby'' is the first Christmas album and the fifth studio album by American singer JoJo. It was released on October 30, 2020, through Clover Music and Warner Records. The album contains cover versions of popular Christmas standards such as "The Christmas Song" and "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" alongside original songs which incorporate R&B elements. The album was recorded during quarantine over a three week period, in part with ''Agápē'' producer and writer Austin Brown, with whom she wrote all of the original tracks. The album also saw her reunite with previous collaborator JordanXL, who worked with JoJo on her 2010 mixtape ''Can't Take That Away from Me'' and on the 2018 re-recordings of her earlier studio albums. BLVX handled additional production on the album. Joanna Noëlle "JoJo" Levesque (; born December 20, 1990) is an American singer, songwriter and actress. She began performing in singing competitions and local talent shows as a child. In 2003, record producer Vincent Herbert noticed her after she competed on the television show ''America's Most Talented Kids'' and asked her to audition for his record label Blackground Records. Robert Wells (born Robert Levinson, October 15, 1922 – September 23, 1998) was an American songwriter, composer, screenwriter and television producer. During his early career, he collaborated with Mel Tormé, writing several hit songs, most notably "The Christmas Song" in 1945. Later, he became a prolific writer and producer for television, for such shows as ''The Dinah Shore Chevy Show'', as well as for numerous variety specials, such as ''If They Could See Me Now'', starring Shirley MacLaine. He was nominated for several Academy Awards and won six Emmys and a Peabody Award. Brian Wiggins
Brian Wiggins is a former award-winning wide receiver in the Canadian Football League. Wiggins played his college football at Texas Southern University. Not drafted and a free agent, he signed with the New England Patriots in 1991 but was released before the regular season. He played for the New Orleans Night of the Arena Football League in 1992 where he caught 72 passes for 805 yards. He joined the CFL's Calgary Stampeders in 1993, and his 47 catches for 881 yards won the Jackie Parker Trophy for best rookie in the Western Conference. In 1994, he had 64 catches for 859 yards and became a free agent after the season, leaving the CFL. During 1995 and 1996 he was on the Carolina Panthers practice squad. Ralph Blane
Ralph Blane (July 26, 1914 – November 13, 1995) was an American composer, lyricist, and performer. Life and career Blane was born Ralph Uriah Hunsecker in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He attended Tulsa Central High School. He studied singing with Estelle Liebling in New York City. He began his career as a radio singer for NBC in the 1930s before turning to Broadway, where he was featured in ''New Faces of 1936'' (1936), '' Hooray for What!'' (1937), and ''Louisiana Purchase'' (1940). In 1940 he formed a vocal quartet ("The Martins") with his friend Hugh Martin which performed on radio and in nightclubs. Hugh Martin
Hugh Martin (August 11, 1914 – March 11, 2011) was an American musical theater and film composer, arranger, vocal coach, and playwright.
