Qadri Abu Bakr
Qadri Abu Bakr (; 10 January 1953 – 1 July 2023) was a Palestinian politician and member of the Fatah political party who served as Ministry of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, minister of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs for the Palestinian Authority from 2018 until his death in 2023. He was appointed to this position in 2018, succeeding Issa Qaraqe. Prior to this, he held various positions throughout his career, including with the Palestinian Preventive Security Force from 1996 to 2008. Abu Bakr held a bachelor's degree in political science from Beirut Arab University and also held the military rank of major general. He died at the age of 70 in a traffic accident. Roberto Artemio Gramajo (28 July 1947 – 1 July 2023) was an Argentinian football player. Nicknamed "Chango", he played as a forward primarily during the 1970s; he was a part of football clubs such as Rosario Central, Panathinaikos and Huracán. He also briefly played for Argentina to be listed in the Brazil Independence Cup roster, despite not traveling with the team. Andrei Valerievich Fomin (; 4 August 1965 – 1 July 2023) was a Russian lawyer and state prosecutor. He served as acting prosecutor of the Republic of Crimea from 2016 to 2017 and he was prosecutor of Chuvashia from 2020 to 2023. Fomin died from drowning on 1 July 2023, at the age of 57.
