Deane Rykerson
Deane Rykerson is an American politician and architect from Maine. A Democrat, Rykerson was first elected to the Maine House of Representatives in 2012. He represented District 151, which includes southern York County Kittery. Devin Beliveau
Devin Beliveau is an American politician and schoolteacher from Maine. In 2010, he was elected to the Maine House of Representatives from District 151 when he defeated Republican John Carson and unenrolled Gary Beers, replacing Walter Wheeler, who was unable to run again due to term-limits. He was a history teacher at Thornton Academy. In 2009, Beliveau was appointed the Board of Trustees of the Maine Community College System by Governor John Baldacci. In 2012, Beliveau did not seek re-election. Devin is currently a high school teacher at Samueli Academy, located in Santa Ana, California. Maine House Of Representatives
The Maine House of Representatives is the lower house of the Maine Legislature. The House consists of 151 voting members and three nonvoting members. The voting members represent an equal number of districts across the state and are elected via plurality voting. The nonvoting members represent three of Maine's Native American tribes, though two tribes have declined to send representatives. Each voting member of the House represents around 9,000 citizens of the state. Because it is a part-time position, members of the Maine House of Representatives usually have outside employment as well. Members are limited to four consecutive terms of two years each, but may run again after two years. The House meets at the Maine State House in Augusta.
