''Day Old Belgian Blues'' is a limited edition EP from the American band Kings of Leon, originally recorded at the AB Box in Brussels, Belgium on 4 November 2004. The title of the EP plays on the song name "Day Old Blues" from their second album ''Aha Shake Heartbreak'', though the song does not appear on the EP. Kings Of Leon
Kings of Leon is an American rock band formed in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1999. The band is composed of brothers Caleb, Nathan and Jared Followill, and their cousin Matthew Followill. The band's early music was a blend of Southern rock and garage rock with blues influences, but it has evolved throughout the years to include a variety of genres and a more alternative, arena rock sound. "Four Kicks" is the second single taken from '' Aha Shake Heartbreak'', the second album by American rock band Kings of Leon. The song peaked at number 24 in the UK Singles Chart and number 32 in the Irish Singles Chart. Music video The song's music video shows the band playing in a lobby where a massive fight breaks out spontaneously with people in the lobby when the band start playing the song. During the fighting the room is lit in red; but whenever Caleb is singing the red light goes out and the people fighting freeze in mid air. Angelo Petraglia
Angelo Petraglia (born May 5, 1954) is an American record producer and songwriter. He was a member of the new wave band Face to Face and is best known for his work with Kings of Leon. Early life He was born in the Bronx and grew up in Pelham, New York. His father was a janitor and his mother was a bookkeeper. By the time he’d reached the third grade, he was playing guitar, inspired by Ricky Nelson’s brief promotional appearances at the end of Ozzie and Harriet. He studied visual art at New England College. Songwriting career Petraglia has produced albums and co-written songs with Kings of Leon. He, along with Larry Gottlieb and Kim Richey, received a Grammy nomination as the songwriters for Trisha Yearwood’s hit " Believe Me Baby (I Lied)". "The Bucket" is the first single taken from the ''Aha Shake Heartbreak'' album by the American rock band Kings of Leon. It is one of the band's most successful singles, reaching number 16 in the UK Singles Chart (making it their most successful UK release at the time) and number 23 in the U.S. Modern Rock chart. In Australia, the song was ranked number 31 on Triple J's Hottest 100 of 2004. The song is written about bassist Jared Followill, who is the youngest member in the band, dealing with the band's fame at the age of 17. ''Aha Shake Heartbreak'' is the second studio album by American rock band Kings of Leon. It was first released in Europe on November 1, 2004, then in the United States on February 22, 2005, with alternate cover artwork.
