David Yedija Pohan
David Yedija Pohan (born 8 September 1978) is an Indonesian male badminton player. He has won several tournaments including Bahrain Satellite (2007) in the mixed doubles event, and USA International (2016) in the men's and mixed doubles event. In 2017, he was selected as men's doubles coach at the Indonesia national badminton team. Tarakan is an island and co-extensively the sole city within the Indonesian Provinces of Indonesia, province of North Kalimantan. The island city is the largest urban area in North Kalimantan population-wise and is located in northern Borneo, midway along the Celebes Sea, coast of the province. The city boundaries are co-extensive with the island (including a couple of small islands off the coast of the Tarakan Barat District). Once a major oil-producing region during the Dutch East Indies, colonial period, Tarakan had great strategic importance during the Pacific War and was among the first Empire of Japan, Japanese targets early in the conflict. It is the sole city within the Indonesian province of North Kalimantan (established in 2012).
