David Whitehurst
Charles David Whitehurst (born April 27, 1955) is a former professional American football quarterback in the National Football League. He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 8th round of the 1977 NFL Draft. He played college football at Furman. Career Whitehurst graduated from Walker High School in DeKalb County, Georgia in 1973 where he played both football and baseball. He played seven seasons with the Packers from 1977–1983. He also played for the Kansas City Chiefs in 1984 but saw no action. David Whitehurst was the second quarterback in NFL history from Furman, a small Liberal Arts college. The first had been Sam Wyche. Whitehurst, born in West Germany but raised in Atlanta, Georgia, grew up a Packers fan and wore the number 15 at Furman in honor of his favorite player, Packers quarterback Bart Starr. Bill Kenney
William Patrick Kenney (born January 20, 1955) is an American former quarterback who spent nine years in the National Football League with the Kansas City Chiefs from 1980 to 1988 and a former politician who spent 8 years as a Missouri State Senator. Kenney was originally drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the 12th round of the 1978 NFL Draft. High school/college Kenney was born in San Francisco and graduated from San Clemente High School in 1973. Rich Campbell (American Football)
Richard Delano Campbell (born December 21, 1958) is a former National Football League (NFL) quarterback who played for the Green Bay Packers (1981–1984) after starring at the University of California in Berkeley. Campbell was a highly touted recruit out of Santa Teresa High School in San Jose, California and was Cal’s starting quarterback for his sophomore through senior seasons, 1978-1980. He earned the highly-valued Joe Roth Award as a sophomore in 1978. Roth, who had helped recruit Campbell to Cal, was a quarterback for the Golden Bears in 1975 and 1976. Terdell Middleton (April 8, 1955 – April 3, 2015) was an American professional football player who was a running back for seven seasons in the National Football League (NFL). Clifford Lynn Dickey (born October 19, 1949) is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 15 seasons, primarily with the Green Bay Packers. He played college football at Kansas State and was selected in the third round of the 1971 NFL Draft by the Houston Oilers, where he spent his first five seasons. Bart Starr
Bryan Bartlett Starr (January 9, 1934 – May 26, 2019) was an American professional football quarterback and head coach for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Alabama, and was selected by the Packers in the 17th round of the 1956 NFL Draft, where he played for them until 1971. Starr is the only quarterback in NFL history to lead a team to three consecutive league championships (1965–1967). He led his team to victories in the first two Super Bowls: I and II.
