David Karubanga
David Karubanga, is a Ugandan politician. He was the State Minister of Public Service in the Ugandan Cabinet from 2016-2021 when he was dropped in a cabinet reshuffle.He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. He is the current representative of Kigorobya County Constituency, in Hoima District, in the 11th Ugandan Parliament (2021 - 2026). He was first elected to the position in 2016. The ''Daily Monitor'' is a Ugandan independent daily newspaper. Its name is shared by the ''Saturday Monitor'' and ''Sunday Monitor'', which are also published by Monitor Publications Limited. The parliament of Uganda is the country's legislative body. Unicameral, the most significant of the Ugandan parliament's functions is to pass laws that will provide good governance in the country. The government ministers are bound to answer to the people's representatives on the floor of the house.
