Davi (Pashtun Tribe)
Dawi (also spelled as ''Davi'', ''Daavi'' or ''Daway'') is a Gharghasht Pashtun people, Pashtun tribe and the brother of the Kakar tribe. Both are the sons of Dani son of Ibrahim alias Gharghashi. The population of Daavi tribe is almost equal to that of the Kakar tribe but apparently seems smaller than Kakar because of the close ties of both tribes; they intermingled and mixed so closely that most sub tribes of Daavi tribe like Lamar consider themselves as part of Kakar tribe which is a misunderstanding. The ancestral property of Daavi tribe is located at Kakar Khurasan in district Zhob named as Badini.A dam on the name of "Daavi Dam" is located which was constructed some four hundred years ago. Davi Rodrigues de Jesus or simply Davi (; born 6 April 1984 in Gravataí) is a Brazilian former footballer who played as a midfielder.
