Dave Grunewald
Dave Grunewald (born 9 October 1986) is a German metalcore musician, television personality, and influencer. He became known through his participation in the Sat.1 show ''All Together Now'' and through his work as an influencer on Instagram. Between 2011 and 2019, he was the unclean vocalist for the metalcore band Annisokay and currently makes music under his pseudonym xHIGHTOWERx. Biography Grunewald was born in Merseburg, Saxony-Anhalt. He started his career in 2006 with the metalcore band Nesaia based out of Naumburg. In 2008, he double-tracked with the metalcore band Abort the Legends who were based out of Leipzig. In 2011, he switched to the metalcore band Annisokay who were based out of Halle, with whom he released four studio albums and one EP. In addition to tours through Europe, the US, Japan, and Russia, Grunewald played with this band at many well-known festivals such as With Full Force, Summer Breeze, Deichbrand, Rockharz Open Air, and the Polish Woodstock. Annisokay (stylized as annisokay, pronounced ''Ann is okay'') is a German post-hardcore band from Halle, Saxony-Anhalt. Up to date Annisokay released two demo-CDs, two EP and five studio albums: ''The Lucid Dream r' was originally self-released in 2012 (2013 via Radtone Records in Japan) and was re-released in 2014 when the band signed a label deal with SPV GmbH. The follow-up record ''Enigmatic Smile'' was released in March 2015 and peaked at no. 68 in the German albums charts. Silverstein () is a Canadian post-hardcore band from Burlington, Ontario, formed in 2000. Their band name is a reference to the famous children's author Shel Silverstein, who the band had admired and whose work they had read as children. They have released a total of eleven studio albums, seven EPs, a compilation album and a live DVD/CD. Josiah Williams
Josiah Butler Williams (December 16, 1810 – September 26, 1883) was an American businessman, banker and senator from New York. Life He was the son of Josiah Williams (1768–1842) and Charity (Shaler) Williams (1775–1865). He married Mary Huggeford Hardy (1824–1911), and they had 12 children, among them geologist Henry Shaler Williams (1847–1918). Straight Edge
Straight edge (sometimes abbreviated as sXe or signified by XXX or simply X) is a subculture of hardcore punk whose adherents refrain from using alcohol, tobacco, and other recreational drugs in reaction to the punk subculture's excesses. Some adherents refrain from engaging in promiscuous or casual sex, follow a vegetarian or vegan diet and do not consume caffeine or prescription drugs. ''All Together Now'' is a German reality television music competition which began airing on Sat.1 on 27 May 2022, based on the concept of the British show of the same name, '' All Together Now'' and its international series. It was presented by Melissa Khalaj. Format In every episode, a range of singers take to the stage, but waiting to judge each performance is 'The 100' – a unique panel of one hundred music experts and performers from across Germany. The heats During each heat, performers try and outscore their competitors in order to earn a seat on the top three podium. Whenever a performer scores high enough for a podium place, the act in 3rd place is eliminated as a result. Prior to filming, all performers choose the song they want to sing. Callejon (Spanish ''callejón'' "alley", [ka.ʎeˈxon]) is a German metalcore band founded in Düsseldorf in 2002. The band writes and sings the majority of their lyrics in German. History Callejon was founded in 2002. Their first release was a self-titled demo released in 2003. On 7 May 2005, the band released their EP ''Chronos (EP), Chronos''.
