Daouda Jabi
Daouda Jabi (born 10 April 1981) is a Guinean former professional footballer who played as a defender. He began his senior career with Pacy Vallée-d'Eure and USL Dunkerque before moving to RC Lens where he played for the club's reserves and the first team. He spent the 2005–06 season with AC Ajaccio. In his last two seasons he played for Turkish club Kayseri Erciyesspor and Trabzonspor respectively. Daouda Malam Wanké
Daouda Malam Wanké (May 6, 1946 – September 15, 2004) was a military and political leader in Niger. He was a member of the Hausa ethnic group. Wanké's year of birth is disputed. Many sources claim it is 1954 while others suggest 1946. He hold many other offices. Biography He was born in Yellou, a town near Niger's capital, Niamey. He entered the Niger military, rising to the rank of Major. On April 9, 1999, Wanké led a military coup in which President Ibrahim Baré Maïnassara, who himself had come to power in a military coup, was assassinated. For two days there was much political uncertainty in Niger, as the prime minister, Ibrahim Hassane Mayaki and several others also had claims on the presidency. Daouda Sow (politician)
Daouda Sow (1933 – December 6, 2009) was a Senegalese politician and legislator. He served as the President of the National Assembly from 1984 to 1988. He was a member of the Socialist Party of Senegal (PS) and served as the party's Secretary General. Life and career Sow first joined the Senegalese Popular Bloc (SPB) in 1956. He was elected as a member of the Senegalese Parliament from 1963 to 1970. He became Senegal's Minister of Health under Prime Minister Abdou Diouf in 1970, a position he held until 1972. He next served as Minister of Communications and Relations with Parliament, as well as a spokesperson for the government, from 1973 to 1980. In 1981, Sow became the Minister of Defense within the first administration of Prime Minister Habib Thiam. One year later, in 1982, Sow also became the Defense Minister within the first cabinet of the Senegambia Confederation.
