Danny Boome
Daniel Robert Boome, (born in February 1976), is a chef, athlete and health enthusiast. He is also the host of the syndicated TV show '' Recipe Rehab'', which is on Litton's Weekend Adventure. He grew up in Peterborough, England and began his career as a professional ice hockey player. He became Captain of England at the age of 16 and capped over 20 times for Great Britain. Career Danny Boome followed an intense apprenticeship to become a top chef, beginning in Switzerland and later moving on to Canada where he worked at the West Wind Inn, before finally completing his training at the UK Cookery School, The Grange. He then moved on to the trendy St Martins Lane Hotel in London in the Asia de Cuba restaurant. Recipe Rehab
''Recipe Rehab'' is an American cooking competition television program that originally debuted as a short-form web series on YouTube on April 2, 2012, and subsequently became a half-hour television series on October 6, 2012 as part of the ABC station-primarily syndicated Litton's Weekend Adventure block. As such, it was the first web series produced as a YouTube original program to become a weekly network television series. Since September 28, 2013, ''Recipe Rehab'' has aired on CBS as part of Litton's CBS Dream Team Saturday morning block; first-run episodes continued to air until July 25, 2015, with reruns airing until September 26. The television program is designed to meet educational programming requirements defined by the Federal Communications Commission. Good Food was a cookery channel broadcasting in the United Kingdom and Ireland, latterly as part of the Discovery, Inc. network of channels. The channel originally launched on 5 November 2001 and relaunched in its final format on 22 June 2009. Good Food was available on satellite through Sky, on cable through Virgin Media, and through IPTV with TalkTalk TV, BT TV. Daryn Jones (born January 3, 1978 in Victoria, British Columbia) is a Canadian comedian and television personality. Career He began his career in stand-up comedy clubs at the age of 17, receiving formal training in a private training school. He and fellow comedian Morgan "Mista Mo" Smith co-wrote and co-starred on the sketch comedy television show ''Buzz'' on the Toronto Community Access Channel in the mid-1990s. ''The Chew'' is an American cooking-themed talk show that aired for seven seasons from September 26, 2011 to June 28, 2018, having replaced the soap opera ''All My Children'', on ABC as part of the network's weekday daytime lineup. Weekend Adventure (originally known as ABC Weekend Adventure and Litton's Weekend Adventure) is an American syndicated programming block that is produced by Hearst Media Production Group, and airs weekend mornings on the owned-and-operated stations and affiliates of ABC. The block features live-action documentary and lifestyle series aimed at a family audience that meet educational programming requirements defined by the Children's Television Act. Announced on May 24, 2011, Litton's Weekend Adventure premiered on September 3, 2011, replacing the ABC Kids block. The block is syndicated to ABC stations directly rather than being part of the network's official schedule.
