Daniel Lalhlimpuia (born 12 September 1997) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a forward for RoundGlass Punjab in the I-League. A product of the AIFF Elite Academy, Lalhlimpuia made his professional debut for Bengaluru in 2016. He was considered one of the most promising players in his age group and was named captain of the national under-19 side in 2015. He made his senior international debut in September 2016 against Puerto Rico. Serchhip
Serchhip is the headquarters town of Serchhip district in the Indian state of Mizoram, and also the headquarters of Serchhip Sadar subdivision. It lies in the central part of Mizoram, and 112 km away from the State capital city of Aizawl. The district has the highest literacy all over India. The AFC Cup is an annual continental club football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Jeje Lalpekhlua Fanai (born 7 January 1991) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a striker, and last appeared with Indian Super League club East Bengal. Between 2011 and 2019, he scored 23 goals in 56 international matches representing India. 2016 AFC Cup Final
The 2016 AFC Cup Final was the final match of the 2016 AFC Cup, the 13th edition of the AFC Cup, a football competition organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for clubs from 'developing countries' in Asia according to the Vision Asia plan. The final was contested as a single match between Iraqi team Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya and Indian team Bengaluru FC. The match was hosted by Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya at the Suheim Bin Hamad Stadium in Doha on 5 November 2016. 2016 Indian Super League Season
The 2016 Indian Super League season was the third season of the Indian Super League, the football league, since its establishment in 2013. The season featured eight teams again, each playing 14 matches during the regular season before the finals. The regular season began on 1 October and ended on 4 December. The finals began on 10 December and concluded with the final on 18 December. The defending champions coming into the season were Chennaiyin. At the end of the season, Atlético de Kolkata came out as champions after defeating the Kerala Blasters in a penalty shootout, 4–3, during the final.
