Daniel Böltz (born 17 July 1962) is an Australian/Swiss former long-distance runner who competed in the 1992 Summer Olympics. He was born in Switzerland, but lived in Australia. The Twin Cities Marathon is a marathon in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area which normally takes place the first weekend in October. The race is often called "The Most Beautiful Urban Marathon in America" due to a course that winds through downtown districts, then along parkways that hug lakes and waterways all throughout dense urban forests in the neighborhoods of both cities.
