Dande River
The Dande is a river in northern Angola with a source in the Crystal Mountains. Its mouth is at the Atlantic Ocean at Barra do Dande in Bengo Province. It also flows through the city of Caxito, and Uige Province. The river is long. The lower section of the river is a floodplain with several small lakes including Lakes Sungue, Ibendua and Morima. The 18MW Mabubas Dam on the Dande is a significant power source in Northern Angola.Angola: Minister Considers Mabubas Dam a Gain

Crystal Mountains (Africa)
Crystal Mountains (''Monts de Cristal'') is a group of low mountains (or hills, as all peaks are below 1,000m) inland of the Atlantic coast of Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Angola. It is the edge of the interior Woleu-Ntem Plateau against the coastal lowland which has a steep descent deeply cut by streams and waterfalls. Part of the area is preserved in Gabon as the Crystal Mountains National Park. Mont Mbilan is the highest point (about 925m) in the park. Seni Mont (611m) receives the highest rainfall in all of Gabon (350 cm/year). Barra Do Dande
Barra do Dande is a town, with a population of 75,000 (2014), and a Communes of Angola, commune in the municipality of Dande, province of Bengo Province, Bengo, Angola. Bengo Province
Bengo is a province of Angola. Its capital is Caxito. It has an area of 31,371 square kilometres, and its population as of the 2014 Census was 356,641. The province was created in 1980 by dividing the original province of Luanda into Bengo and a new smaller province of Luanda. Geography The province is bordered by the provinces of Zaire to the North, Uige to the Northeast, Cuanza Norte to the East, and Cuanza Sul to the South. It has two western coastal stretches along the Atlantic Ocean, and forms an enclave around the national capital's province of Luanda.
