Dana Wilson (actress)
Dana Wilson (1949 – March 2015) was an Australian actress best known for playing Peter Finch's daughter in the 1957 fim '' The Shiralee''. Following the success of the film she travelled to England and appeared in ''A Cry from the Streets'' (1958) with fellow Australian child actor Colin Petersen. Wilson traveled to Russia to promote the film. On her return to Australia she had a small role in ''Summer of the Seventeenth Doll ''Summer of the Seventeenth Doll'' is an Australian play written by Ray Lawler and first performed at the Union Theatre in Melbourne on 28 November 1955. Frederick George Peter Ingle Finch (28 September 191614 January 1977) was an English-Australian actor of theatre, film and radio. Born in London, he emigrated to Australia at the age of ten and was raised in Sydney, where he worked in vaudeville and radio before becoming a star of Australian films. Joining the Old Vic Company after World War II, he achieved widespread critical success in Britain for both stage and screen performances. Colin Petersen
Frederick Colin Petersen (24 March 1946 – 18 November 2024) was an Australian musician and actor. He played as a member of the bands Steve and the Board, the Bee Gees and Humpy Bong. In August 1969, he left the Bee Gees and he was replaced by Pentangle drummer Terry Cox to record the songs for their 1970 album ''Cucumber Castle''. His scenes from the film of the same name were cut, and he is not credited on the accompanying album soundtrack, even though he does play on some songs.
