Dan Horwits is an American sports agent, certified by the Major League Baseball Players Association. He is currently a partner at Beverly Hills Sports Council, a sports agency located in Los Angeles that represents Major League Baseball players. Beverly Hills Sports Council was ranked in a recent publishing by Forbes.com as the 10th most valuable MLB agency. Background Horwits earned his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University, where he played Division III baseball and basketball, and his law degree from Loyola Law School. New York Mets
The New York Mets are an American professional baseball team based in the New York City borough of Queens. Baseball is a bat-and-ball sport played between two teams of nine players each, taking turns batting and fielding. John Mozeliak
John Mozeliak (born January 18, 1969) is an American baseball executive who is the president of baseball operations of the St. Louis Cardinals of Major League Baseball (MLB). Never a professional baseball player, Mozeliak came to the Cardinals as Walt Jocketty's assistant in 1995 and became the organization's twelfth General Manager after the 2007 season. The winner of three Executive of the Year awards, Mozeliak has overseen the Cardinals make playoff appearances in six years, win one World Series title, and two National League pennants. Michael Raymond Leake (born November 12, 1987) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Cincinnati Reds, San Francisco Giants, St. Louis Cardinals, Seattle Mariners, and Arizona Diamondbacks. Leake played college baseball for the Arizona State Sun Devils of Arizona State University. The Reds selected Leake in the first round of the 2009 MLB draft. They promoted him to the major leagues at the start of the 2010 season without having him pitch in the minor leagues, making him the 21st player to go straight from the draft to the major league team that drafted him. Roberto Martin Antonio Bonilla (, born February 23, 1963) is an American former professional baseball third baseman and outfielder who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1986 to 2001.
