Aswath Damodaran (born 24 September 1957), is a Professor of Finance at the Stern School of Business at New York University (Kerschner Family Chair in Finance Education), where he teaches corporate finance and equity valuation. Background Known as the "Dean of Valuation" due to his expertise in that subject, Damodaran is best known as the author of several widely used academic and practitioner texts on Valuation, Corporate Finance and Investment Management as well as provider of comprehensive, regularly updated fundamental data for valuation purposes. He is widely quoted on the subject of valuation, with "a great reputation as a teacher and authority". He has written several books on equity valuation, as well as on corporate finance and investments. Padma Shri Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri, popularly known as Kaithapram, is a Malayalam lyricist, poet, music director, actor, singer, screenwriter, music therapist and performer of Carnatic music. He debuted with the movie Ennennum Kannettante in 1986. He won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Lyricist two times. Kaithapram is regarded as the most successful and critically acclaimed lyricist of contemporary Malayalam cinema. He was awarded India's fourth-highest civilian honor Padma Shri in 2021 by the Government of India for his contribution to the field of art. Nettur is a village segment which comes under the jurisdiction of Thalassery municipality, in the state of Kerala, India. It is situated in North Thalassery en route to Kannur via NH 17. The Anjarakandi-Thalassery state Highway passes through Nettur. Nettur is picturesquely nestled between the Kuyyali and Anjarakandi rivers. Demodara
Demodera is a town in the central highlands of Sri Lanka, located in the Badulla District of Uva Province. It is approximately south of Badulla (the capital of Uva Province), on the A16 (Beragala - Hali Ela road). Transport It is served by railway station of the Sri Lanka Railways on the Badulla branch. There is a spiral at this location. It is easily visible from the Demodara railway station. This involves a tunnel which actually runs beneath the Demodara railway station. On the track which exists, the tunnel winds around a mountain, continuously ascending to end up at a higher elevation on what was the mountain under which the tunnel is built.
