Dalmasan
Dalmasan (), also called Mount Dalma, is part of the Taebaek mountain range and lies in Haenam County, South Jeolla Province, South Korea. Its elevation is 489 meters, and its peak offers views of the "Land's Edge" (), the southernmost point on the Korean peninsula, , and outlying islands such as Wando. Also in the vicinity are Mihwangsa and a number of hermitages affiliated with it. There are many temples although the scale are not that huge. Taebaek
Taebaek (; ) is a city in Gangwon Province, South Korea. Its name is shared with that of the Taebaek Mountains. Situated at an elevation of , Taebaek is the second highest city in South Korea, after Pyeongchang. Etymology Taebaek in is derived from Taebaeksan, meaning "very bright." Haenam County
Haenam (''Haenam-gun'') is a county in South Jeolla Province, South Korea. The capital of Haenam-gun is Haenam-eup (Haenam town). The economy of the county is based mainly on agriculture, with rice and radish being the two most common crops. History Haenam County has been inhabited since the Neolithic. Relics of the Bronze Age, such as dolmens and shell mounds, were discovered here. The term Haenam appeared during the Goryeo dynasty but a definite record does not exist. After 1895 (32nd year of King Gojong in the Joseon dynasty) it came to be called as Haenam-gun, and became the biggest county in Jeonnam.
