Dainfern College
Dainfern is a golf course community, golfing estate in Greater Johannesburg, South Africa. Established in 1985, it is the first Gated community, gated Golf course community, golf estate in South Africa, located in Region A of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. The estate's 320-acres suburb contains 1,200 houses and is sub-divided into several "villages". Among these are Sherwood, Hampstead, Highgate, Montagu and Riverwood. Lebohang Morake (born 11 July 1964), known as Lebo M, is a South African producer and composer, known for his songwriting and vocal work on the soundtracks to films such as ''The Lion King, The Power of One'' and ''Outbreak'' and numerous stage productions. Joost Van Der Westhuizen
Joost van der Westhuizen (20 February 1971 – 6 February 2017) was a South African professional rugby union player who made 89 appearances in test matches for the national team, scoring 38 tries. He mostly played as a scrum-half and participated in three Rugby World Cups, most notably in the 1995 tournament, which was won by South Africa. The area referred to as Fourways (which is a collection of suburbs, including the traditional suburb of Fourways) is the fastest-developing commercial and residential hub in Sandton, north of Johannesburg, South Africa. JCI or Johannesburg Consolidated Investment Co. Ltd. was a major force in South African mining for over 100 years. History The company was founded by the British entrepreneur Barney Barnato in 1889. Using his investments in the Kimberley diamond fields, particularly his 25% share in De Beers, Barnato foresaw the value of and invested in the potential of the Witwatersrand gold mines. At first he bought small but rich mines near Germiston – the New Primrose, named after his daughter, and others in the same region. In 1913 JCI bought the Randfontein Estates Gold Mining Company, which was a fabulously rich mine, from Sir J.B. Robinson.
