Dai Morris
William David "Dai" Morris MBE (born 11 November 1941 in Rhigos, Cynon Valley) is a Welsh former rugby union footballer, who won 34 caps for Wales in the years between 1967 and 1974, scoring six tries. His usual position was as a back-row forward, either at blind-side flanker or at Number 8, positions he occupied for both Wales and his club sides, Neath RFC Neath Rugby Football Club () is a Welsh rugby union club which plays in the Indigo Premiership for Season 2024/25. Rhigos
Rhigos () is a village and community in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. The village is located on the saddle of higher ground between the Vale of Neath and the Cynon Valley. It was part of Neath Rural District, in the county of Glamorgan, until 1974. The village then came under the jurisdiction of Cynon Valley Borough, which subsequently became Rhondda Cynon Taf in 1996. It lies just off the Aberdare road that was the main link between Aberdare and Glynneath, before the A465 road was extended in the 1960s. The hamlets of Cefn Rhigos and Cwm-Hwnt lie to the west of the main village. The population of the community in the 2011 census was 894. Robert Howley (born 13 October 1970) is a Welsh rugby union coach and former player. As a player, he won 59 caps for Wales, 22 of them as captain. He was part of the Wales coaching staff from 2008 to 2019. He is Currently Attack Coach for Welsh Rugby Team for the Six Nations He is currently a coaching consultant for the Toronto Arrows in Major League Rugby (MLR). Playing career Club Howley played for Bridgend, Cardiff and Wasps. He gained the distinction of Welsh Player of the Year in 1996 and 1997.
