Daegu (, , literally 'large hill', 대구광역시), formerly spelled Taegu and officially known as the Daegu Metropolitan City, is a city in South Korea. Hwang Chiyeul (; born 3 December 1982) is a South Korean singer. Outside his career as a solo artist, he has also hosted ''Immortal Songs: Singing the Legend, Immortal Songs 2'' and competed in the Singer (TV series), Chinese version of singing competition show ''I Am a Singer''.
