DVcreators.net is a Los Angeles–based company providing training, software and other resources for digital video producers. Company history DVcreators.net was founded in 1998 by Josh Mellicker and Michelle Mellicker. In February 1999, DVcreators.net was contacted by Apple to help launch their professional video application division. After receiving a beta version of Final Cut Pro, DVcreators.net produced the first Final Cut Pro training product, Final Cut Pro PowerStart, which was released the same day Final Cut Pro was released at the NAB trade show in 1999. Final Cut Pro
Final Cut Pro is a series of non-linear editing, non-linear video editing software programs first developed by Macromedia, Macromedia Inc. and later Apple Inc. The most recent version, Final Cut Pro 10.6.4, runs on Macintosh, Mac computers powered by macOS Big Sur 11.5.1 or later. The software allows users to log and transfer video onto a hard drive (internal or external), where it can be edited, processed, and output to a wide variety of formats.
