D121 (Croatia)
D121 is a state road connecting the island of Murter with D8 (Croatia), D8 state road near Pirovac. The southern terminus of the road is located in the Murter (town), town of Murter. The northern terminus is immediately to the south of Pirovac. The intersection with D8 (Croatia), D8 state road, where D121 terminates, also represents the southern terminus of D59 (Croatia), D59 state road to Knin. The road is long. The road crosses from the mainland to the Murter Island in Tisno via a movable bridge. The bridge is raised twice a day for 30 minutes to allow passage of vessels through the strait. The road, as well as all other state roads in Croatia, is managed and maintained by Hrvatske ceste, a state-owned company. Murter (town)
Murter-Kornati is a municipality in central Dalmatia, Croatia. It is named after the two settlements that it consists of: Murter, located on the eponymous island, which it shares with Tisno, and Kornati which consists of the eponymous archipelago. Betina
Betina is a village located on the Croatian island of Murter, seven kilometers from Tisno, where a drawbridge connects the island and the mainland. The largest of the Šibenik archipelago islands, and the closest to the mainland, it has been populated since the time of the Illyrians (tribe of Liburns). Remains of the Roman settlement of Colentum as well as many ruins of Roman villas, murals, and mosaics testify to its occupation during the period of the Roman Empire. Murter () is an island in the Croatian part of the Adriatic Sea. Population The main settlements on the island are Murter, located on the north-western part of the island, and the southern part of Tisno.
