D.H. Conley High School is a high school in Greenville, North Carolina. It was founded in 1970 and named for Donald Hayes Conley, an educational leader and former superintendent of Pitt County Schools. Athletics D.H. Conley currently competes in the 3A/4A Big East Conference and is a member of the North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA). Alex White (baseball)
Alex Bruce White (born August 29, 1988) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Cleveland Indians and the Colorado Rockies. Amateur career White attended D.H. Conley High School in his hometown of Greenville, North Carolina and won two state championships with the team. After his senior year of high school, he attended the University of North Carolina, where he played college baseball for the North Carolina Tar Heels. In 2007 and 2008, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Chatham A's of the Cape Cod Baseball League. Bronswell Dante Patrick (born September 16, 1970) is a former baseball relief pitcher. He played in parts of two seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) and appeared in several international leagues. James Lee Johnson (April 24, 1957 – September 8, 2019) was an American Greco-Roman wrestler and coach. As an athlete, he was a multiple time Greco-Roman wrestling U.S. World Team member. Johnson later served as the head Greco-Roman coach for the Sunkist Kids Wrestling Club and was a coach for the U.S. Greco-Roman 2012 Olympic team. Early life Johnson was born in Halifax County, North Carolina. He wrestled at D. H. Conley High School in Greenville, North Carolina. In 1976, he became the first wrestling state champion at D. H.
