Supercopa MX
Supercopa MX () was an association football competition in Mexico and the domestic super cup between the Copa MX champions of the ''Apertura'' and ''Clausura'' tournaments. Initially played in a two-legged and later with a single final match. It was launched in 2014 and lasted until 2019. History In June 2013, Liga MX president Decio De María announced the winners of Apertura and Clausura Copa MX will face each other and the winner will qualify to the following year's Copa Libertadores as "Mexico-3". On June 20, 2014, it was announced the two teams would face each other in a Two-legged tie, two legged home and away matches called Supercopa MX. Estadio Morelos is a football stadium located along Periférico Independencia, in the Independencia sector, near the base of Cerro del Quinceo in northwest Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico. It is the site of professional football teams, it currently is the site of Atlético Morelia in the Liga de Expansión MX, Mexico's second division. The Turkish Super Cup, known as Turkcell Super Cup () for sponsorship reasons, is a super cup tournament in Turkish football.
