Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) is a private architecture school in Los Angeles, California. SCI-Arc was founded in 1972 when it was initially regarded as both institutionally and artistically avant-garde. It consists of approximately 500 students and 80 faculty members, some of whom are practicing architects. Michael Rotondi
Michael Rotondi (born June 26, 1949) is an American architect and educator. He has been a member of two international practices (Morphosis from 1976-1991, and RoTo Architects 1991–present, which he founded). He attended the Southern California Institute of Architecture when it began (SCI-Arc) in 1972 and, later, was director of the graduate program there. Early life Born in the Silver Lake/Los Feliz area of Los Angeles to Italian immigrants, Rotondi’s father was an executive chef (Italian cuisine), his mother a self-taught musician and seamstress. WASC Senior College And University Commission

National Architectural Accrediting Board
The National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB), established in 1940, is the oldest accrediting agency for architectural education in the United States. The NAAB accredits professional degrees in architecture offered by institutions with U.S. regional accreditation. Currently, there are 153 accredited programs offered by 123 institutions. The NAAB develops standards and procedures appropriate for the education of architects. These standards are developed by architectural educators, practitioners, regulators, and students. The minimum standards that all NAAB-accredited programs must meet are described in ''The 2014 NAAB Conditions for Accreditation.'' Michael Maltzan Architecture
Michael Maltzan is the principal architect at Michael Maltzan Architecture (MMA), a Los Angeles–based architecture firm. He received a Master of Architecture degree from Harvard University and both a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Rhode Island School of Design. Maltzan was selected as a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects in 2007. Early life and education Born near Levittown on Long Island, Maltzan was one of five children. Harrison Albright
Harrison Albright (May 17, 1866 – January 3, 1932) was an American architect best known for his design of the West Baden Springs Hotel in Orange County, Indiana. Biography Born in the Ogontz neighborhood of North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Albright was educated in the local public schools and at the Peirce College of Business and Spring Garden Institute in Philadelphia. In 1886, he began his architecture business designing residential and public projects in Philadelphia. He moved to Charleston, West Virginia in 1891 and was architect for the State of West Virginia in addition to designing residential projects.
