Snow Blindness
Photokeratitis or ultraviolet keratitis is a painful eye condition caused by exposure of insufficiently protected Human eye, eyes to the ultraviolet (UV) rays from either natural (e.g. intense direct or reflected sunlight) or artificial (e.g. the electric arc during welding) sources. Photokeratitis is akin to a sunburn of the cornea and conjunctiva. The injury may be prevented by wearing eye protection that blocks most of the ultraviolet radiation, such as Welding helmet#Goggles, welding goggles with the proper filters, a welder's helmet, sunglasses rated for sufficient UV protection, or appropriate snow goggles. The condition is usually managed by removal from the source of ultraviolet radiation, covering the corneas, and administration of pain relief. Photokeratitis is known by a number of different terms, including snow blindness, arc eye, welder's flash, sand eyes, bake eyes, corneal flash burns, flash burns, niphablepsia, or keratoconjunctivitis photoelectrica. He later performed session work on the Kiss albums ''Dynasty'' and '' Unmasked'', and later became a member of Ace Frehley's band Frehley's Comet. Aurora (Susumu Hirasawa Album)
''Aurora'' is the fourth studio album by Susumu Hirasawa, released on February 25, 1994 via Polydor K.K. It is his first album in three years, and is considered to be a starting point in Hirasawa's rise in stardom in Japan and internationally. Overview His first main solo album in three years following a period where focus was directed on the Defrosted P-Model, ''Aurora'', which Hirasawa has said can be considered a second solo debut, is a turning point in his career. Unlike the previous solo albums, ''Aurora'' doesn't feature guest musicians, with almost all instrumentation handled by MIDI-compatible devices. The music was composed with the Amiga The Blue Ribbon SoundWorks programs Bars & Pipes Professional, which he started using for "more natural orchestration", and SuperJAM!, whose " Bartok" style he modified by inputting data from his own songs, irreversibly turning its patterns and variations into "Hirasawa" style ones. ''Aurora'' was created to appeal to the instinctual s ...

Drowning With Land In Sight
''Drowning with Land in Sight'' is the seventh studio album by American rock band The 77s. It was released in 1994 on Myrrh Records. The music, their heaviest up to that point, ranged from the opening note-for-note Led Zeppelin cover to the straightforward Rolling Stones homage "Cold Cold Night" to Roy Orbison-influenced ballads "Film at 11", "The Jig Is Up", and "Alone Together". The lyrics primarily reflected the stress of singer Michael Roe's divorce, except for "Dave's Blues", about guitarist David Leonhardt's illness with cancer. At the record label's insistence, the final track was written and added to provide a more upbeat conclusion. Also, a vulgarity in "Dave's Blues" was backward masked into unintelligibility. Track listing # " Nobody's Fault but Mine" # "Snowblind" # "Snake" # "Indian Winter" # "Film at 11" # "Mezzo" # "Cold Cold Night" # "Dave's Blues" # "Sounds O' Autumn" # "The Jig Is Up" # "Alone Together" # "For Crying Out Loud" Personnel The band * Mike Roe ...
